Our brick apartment with a terrace is for rent near Újbuda Center and Móricz Zsigmond körtér, on the 4th floor of XI. Fehérvári út 35.sz.
Floor area is 57 sqm, terrace is 5 sqm.

The quiet apartment is offered fully mechanized and furnished, so the rental fee is 250,000 HUF/month.
The rooms of the apartment:
- ante-room, from which one of the rooms, the kitchen, the toilet and the bathroom open: approx. 6 sqm
- sunny kitchen containing gas stove, an approx. 160 + 60 liter refrigerator with freezer, and a microwave-oven : approx. 4.2 sqm
