The Római Kert comprises eight interconnected buildings; apartments range between 39 sq. m. and 138 sq. m. in size: studios of 39 sq. m., one-bedroom flats of 45-55 sq. m., two-bedrooms of 70-80 sq. m., three-bedrooms of 100 sq. m., and penthouse flats on the top (9th) floor of 105-138 sq. m. make up the building complex. The flats of the Római Kert have a total area of 25,000 square metres, while a parking garage for 400 cars was created on the ground and basement levels covering 15,000 square metres.
The developer wanted to make sure that the inhabitants of the Római Kert feel at ease not only in their homes but also in the community areas; thus, the design of the garden, and the creation of the lounge in the space above the main entrance were also treated as priority. The lounge, which is at every resident?s disposal, is furnished with couches, armchairs, coffee tables, bookshelves and plants, equipped with board games, and fiction and non-fiction books - even two groups of friends can easily meet here without disturbing each other.
