Elite Park is a condominium development with a total of 464 apartments built in the 11th district of Budapest, in the regenerating part of Újbuda.
Elite Park is a fusion of green belt and residential spaces, which together become a truly homely, safe environment. The design of the garden of the residential park provides an urban oasis for the residents, where it is both good to live and relax.
When designing the apartments of Elite Park, we aimed to offer a real home to those moving here thanks to the harmony of the rooms and functions. The fresh color of the residential park is the special, colorful facades of the city district, the color scheme and atmosphere of which are aligned with the dynamism of the area.
The construction of two ground floor + 9-story buildings built within the framework of the project was carried out simultaneously on the corner plot, whose plot border is Budafoki út, and the other side border is Barázda utca. In the specially designed building complex, the size of the floors decreases in steps from the 6th floor to the roof level, so there are fewer and fewer apartments on each floor as you go up. In the condominium properties, heating and hot water are provided by district heating, each apartment having its own meter.
The apartments of Elite Park have a balcony or terrace, and the apartments on the 7th-9th floor have a spacious and well-furnished roof terrace. The terraces and roof terraces provide residents with the opportunity to create a private garden, barbecue, or hold family gatherings.
