The designs for the 200-unit building under construction at Szinyei Merse Pál utca 13. - Szondi utca 51-53. were prepared by Tibor Kolbe, head architect of the Promega architect?s office. The flats in the nine-storey "Ház a Szinyei Merse utcában" [Szinyei Merse Street House] will have a total area of 14,000 sq. m.
There will be 200 flats in the building, featuring one, two, or three bedrooms. The sizes of the flats will range between 47 and 137 sq. m. The building will contain an underground car park for 220 vehicles, five shops and a fitness centre on the street front, and a green recreational area in the inner courtyard, while security will be guaranteed by the 24-hour reception.
Simultaneously with the construction, preparations also began for a facade reconstruction project in which the District 6 Municipality and Autóker Holding Zrt jointly renovated the facades of ten buildings in Szinyei Merse Pál utca and Szondi utca.
