Surroundings: The street is free of through traffic, a residential and recreational area, so it is very quiet, but it can be easily and quickly accessible by car and public transport. Bus 58 stops a 5-minute walk away, and bus 7 stops 7 minutes away, where several tram lines (41, 47, 17, 56) and bus lines (114, 213) are available. Kelenföld Railway Station, Savoya Park 5 minutes by car. The common cost is 15 thousand HUF. We have not yet canceled the Vodafone TV and internet service, which is currently 7800 HUF per month. In the summer heat, the use of air conditioning has not significantly increased the overhead either.
The rent is HUF 340 thousand + utilities. In addition, we ask for a deposit equivalent to 2 months' rent.
