The apartment is currently unfurnished, but we can furnish it with a fold-out sofa, fold-out table and chairs. There is a hanging closet.
Telekom optical cable internet is available in the house, and renovation works are expected in the near future.
We ask for a two-month deposit, and we conclude a contract with a notary clause. The monthly rent is HUF 180.
We do not wish to make use of services of intermediaries.
