In an old house 5 minutes from the Ecseri Road metro, the smaller room of a ground floor apartment is for rent. The landlord is rarely at home, maybe once a week, but this can change. The smaller room is about 10 m2, it has a double bed, a wardrobe and a table but can be furnished differently. It can be heated with its own convector. The apartment also has air conditioning. The kitchen is normally equipped. Separate toilet and bathroom. There is a front garden in front of the apartment, so there are no people walking under the window and no noise. The windows are soundproofed. Overall, a small apartment in a pleasant neighborhood with very good transportation. Since I have a cat and sometimes I have to leave it in the apartment, only those who love animals should apply.
