Our beautiful 68 sqm apartment in Budapest, District VIII, Corvin Quarter (near the Nokia HQ) is now available for rent. Located on the second floor of a renovated brick building with an elevator, the apartment consists of two separate bedrooms and a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen. It also includes a bathroom, pantry, and a separate toilet. The apartment is fully furnished, equipped, and air-conditioned (dishwasher, washing machine, electric stove, electric oven, microwave).

The heating is provided by a gas boiler system, and all windows and doors were replaced this summer. The entire apartment has been freshly painted, and the air conditioning is also brand new 🙂

The bedrooms open separately and are located far from each other, making the apartment an excellent choice for students as well. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

Utility costs are calculated based on meter readings, averaging 40,000 HUF/month for three people (including gas, electricity, water, and common costs).

The apartment is child-friendly and official registration of residence is possible, both requiring a move-out declaration signed before a notary public, with the associated costs borne by the tenant.
