There are two completely separate loft areas in the apartment. One has a ceiling height of 170 cm (10 m²), while the other has a ceiling height of 180 cm (23 m²). One can be used as a workspace or for exercise, while the other can serve as a bedroom—or both can function as sleeping areas if needed.

We are primarily looking for couples or students, but we are open to anyone who values order, precision, and maintains a high standard for themselves. Pets: cats are allowed.

Regarding the rent: for long-term tenants who are able to pay one year in advance, the monthly rent is reduced from 200,000 HUF + utilities to 185,000 HUF + utilities.
