My beloved little apartment is for rent in the VII. district.
The apartment has one room-gallery, furnished, equipped. There is no stove, but electric blinds and air conditioning. It is on the top floor, but unfortunately the house has no elevator. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated last summer.
Everything in the area is within walking distance, shop, pharmacy, close to Városliget, 10 minutes walk to Keleti Railway Station.
I would like to rent the apartment to a tenant with pets, preferably for one person - the small apartment can be already cramped for 2 people.
