Cosy apartment in Budapest VII. District!
Just in the neighborhood of Varosliget in the 5th floor there is a sweet flat 30m2, a kitchen, a small bathroom, a large room and a separate wardrobe room.
Usually very quiet, you can’t hear the street or the cars at all. Its really bright and sunny on the mornings until 1-2pm depending on the season. There is central heating so the same cost applies every month around 4000huf and low cost also for the rest of the bills ( electricity, internet, gas for the cooker and common fees for the building including the unlimited water use). All the bills adds up around 20-25.000 huf/ months.
The flat is partly furnished with air conditioner, freshly painted with the new shower and a new washing machine.
I am looking for someone, who is paying attention to the neighbors in the building and not making parties and disturbing noise in the night time. I would like someone who is tidy and willing to look after this place such as her/his home.
There are two bus stops around the house, bus no70, 75, 79, 30, 230. Heroes square is about 10 min walk from the gate and as I mentioned the park is just across the road.
I require 1 month deposit and 1 month rent when we agree and sign the contract. Its available from the 10th of December. The cost per month is 180.000HUF+ bills.
