In the most popular part of the city center of Budapest, next to the Basilica and the Opera House, a 52 square meter apartment is for rent in excellent condition, furnished, completely renovated 3 years ago, and can also be used as an office. The living room with American kitchen opens onto the bathroom, toilet, wardrobe, and the huge bedroom, which can also be used as a living room. The huge windows opening onto Zichy Jenő Street make the kitchen and living room bright all day long.

The apartment has 4 rooms: living room - kitchen, bedroom - living room, bathroom with toilet, and a room with wardrobe and laundry function. If necessary, an additional double bed or smaller bed, or perhaps a sofa, can be placed in addition to the double bed in the huge living room-bedroom.

The apartment is in a small, friendly condominium with few apartments (20 apartments). The common areas of the house are in good condition, the neighbors are quiet, and the environment is not noisy. Zichy Street is one-way, so its traffic is not significant. The first perpendicular street (Hajós Street) is a pedestrian street completely closed to traffic, while the part of Nagymező Street in the other direction towards Andrássy Street is accessible only by public transport.

Almost everything is within arm's reach: The Ring Road is 300 meters, the Arany János Street metro station is 200 meters, the Opera Metro Station is 250 meters, the Hajós Street pedestrian street is 40 meters (the first corner), theaters, cinemas, health care providers are within 200-300 meters, restaurants, shops and a gym are in the immediate vicinity.
