Rental Agreement

- Electricity ~12500 HUF
- Gas ~10000 HUF
- Water ~5000 HUF
- Common costs (sewage, garbage collection, etc.) ~ 7000 HUF
- Internet ~7500 HUF
In total, the average monthly additional costs are approximately 40 000 HUF.
We are looking for tenants that respect the common sense rules of coexistence with neighbors and take care of the apartment as if it were their own.
The rental contract will only be signed after in-person meeting of prospective tenant(s) and viewing of the apartment. The contract may be additionally undersigned by a notary, for which the cooperation of the tenant(s) is expected.
