The roof terrace is ideal for relaxing or sun-bathing from early spring till late autumn, while having an outside barbecue dinner is also a possibility most downtown apartment do not have.

The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath tub, the other with a shower cabin), 2 bedrooms and a small pantry. Furnishing on demand, however some built-in wardrobes and storage places are currently available.
