We also have a wide range of cable TV. A 1-month deposit is required, which can be paid after 12 months of rental, i.e. 71,000 HUF. So, when you move in, you pay the deposit fee, the partial monthly room rent fee and the utility fee. Then, on the 10th of each month, you pay the room rent and utility fee for the period from the 11th of the current month to the 10th of the following month: which, including the summer utility fee, is a total of 114,000 HUF. This is valid for 3 months. There is no refund for the room rent and utility fee for the current month that has already begun. The winter utility fee from October 2025 will be 49,000 HUF.
The rent and deposit are indexed semi-annually, starting from January 11 and July 11 of each year. The indexation rate depends on changes in market processes. The deposit is only returned in a habitable form after 12 full months of rental.

Our House Rules include the method of receiving guests, all persons must be notified in advance either by email or text message. (Failure to cooperate will result in exclusion.) The reception of persons under the age of 18 is unlimited. The reception of daytime guests over the age of 18 is also unlimited.
The reception of overnight guests over the age of 18 is a maximum of 2 nights per week.
The number of options cannot be accumulated. If this does not work out, there is an option to
change to co-tenant status for a room rent of +30,000 HUF and a deposit of +30,000 HUF. This will also give the person the keys and unlimited access to the room.

Our House Rules also state that the cleaning products used in shared rooms, such as the bathroom, toilet and kitchen (typically: toilet paper, hand washing liquid, dishwashing detergent, dish sponge, grease remover, air freshener, etc.) are purchased jointly and must be financed in proportion to the number of rooms rented. This typically costs around 3,500-5,700 HUF per room and is payable in arrears after purchase. For example, the last time it was 0 HUF.
The House Rules also state that the cleaning plan, according to which the tenant of the room will have the common areas cleaned every
5 weeks. For the health and safety of other roommates, pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking is only allowed in the kitchen.
I work as a teacher, so I can only answer the phone after 3pm on weekdays.
