Looking for girl or boy in the last room in my relax-flat from 1 March 2025. I call it relax, because the purpose is to have a peaceful place to go home, have a rest, study or watch a netflix series :) Address: 1091 Budapest, Üllői út 105. (3rd floor) 3 mins walk from Klinikak metro stop (at the corner of Márton street and Üllői road). The window of the rooms opens to Márton street. The flat has 7 private rooms (means 7 people will live in total in the flat) and 2 shared bathrooms (the toilets are in the bathrooms). All important machines are inside and the room has also its basic furnitures, so you just need to bring your personal belongings :) (the furnitures: bed, matrass, bookshelf, desk, chair, wardrobe/closet with mirror, standing lamp, and w thicker blanket). The pillow, bed sheets and towel should be brought by the new tenant.
I’m looking for opened, silent and respectful person. Price: 105.000 HUF rent fee and 25.000 HUF utilities (utilities covers everything during winter and summer including the internet, water, electricity, common costs + there is also a weekly cleaning in the common areas). Deposit: 1 full month, so 130.000 HUF. More things are very close: farmacy is under the house, there is a mall/plaza in walking distance, LIDL, ALDI, SPAR, Tesco express, Penny, etc also. There is a nice park (Ludovika park) just in front of the house. The tenants in the flat are really-really nice, friendly people from all over the world, everyone speaks English (I guarantee that they are nice and respectful, but if you have doubt come to a flat check and you can see them ;)), young adults who study and work. We also have a facebook group where we share all important info. Available minimum from March 2025 till 31.08.2025 and prolongation is possible.
