I’m looking for a new flatmate who can move in immediately, in District III, near Flórián Square.
The flat faces east, is 49 m², in good condition, fully equipped, with district heating. It has a kitchen, toilet, bathroom, a small storage room and two rooms.
The room for rent is bright, 13 m², and it also has a 4 m² balcony. It’s partly furnished – there is a bed frame.
Public transport is excellent: the city centre is easy to reach by buses and trams. (Trams 1/17/19/41 and buses 9/34/106 are just a few minutes’ walk.)
The rent is 130,000 HUF + the common costs (11,510 HUF), plus half of the internet and utilities. Altogether it comes to about 150,000 HUF per month. You can move in immediately with one month’s deposit and the first month’s rent.
I rent the other room; I am not the owner. I’m 29 years old, a mechanical engineer, working in a nearby office. I’m a tidy and quiet flatmate. In my free time I like reading, doing sports and meeting friends.
The ideal flatmate would be a tidy guy/man of similar age (around 20–35).
