Our apartment in Obuda (Pók utcai lakótelep) will be available for rent from the beginning of February.

- Living room (including a projector instead of TV, PC or laptop can be connected) and kitchen opened together

- 2 rooms (1 was kids room. You will see which one. Kids were small when we were living there so only I painted the walls). Second room has French balcony.

The apartment is 54 m2 it's on the (ground floor+) 2nd floor in a (ground floor+) 3 floors block of flat. Balcony opens on a park and there is a big tree in front of the balcony what makes it cool in summer and in the winter when it doesn't have leaves, the living room is bright.
Price: 240 000 Ft (or 580 eur) per month +utilities (usually around 35 000 Ft)
It's fully equipped.
Parking lot is for free, suburban train, bus stop and Aquincum train station is around 10 minutes away by foot. Auchan shop 5 min by car. Spar 5 min by foot, Danube bank around 15 min by foot. Closest bus stop bus 106 is 1 min away.
