From September 15th, a nice, spacious, easily accessible, safe, and well-designed apartment in a civic environment is available for long-term rent. The apartment consists of two separate rooms and a large common area, which includes the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The bathroom has a pleasant size. The apartment is well air-conditioned, which is ensured by the thick, stable walls and good ventilation. The spacious space and high ceiling give a feeling of freedom. The fact that the entrance and windows are not oriented towards the busy road makes the apartment more protected and quieter. We recommend it mainly to 2 working people, young people starting their careers, or an elderly couple who could use it with respect. We love pets a lot, but we would not accept them in the apartment. The apartment opens from a well-ventilated inner courtyard with a high-level entrance. Services: electricity (based on consumption), district heating (not individually metered, flat rate), common costs (includes water and sewerage fees, garbage collection, fixed fee). There is no gas. All telecommunications connections are installed. The total cost of utilities is about 50-55 thousand HUF at the peak winter period (e.g. due to heating in January). Parking can be easily arranged in front of the house or within a 100-meter radius in most cases. The windows of the apartment overlook Attila Square, where there are the residents of the house park. The parking discount for district residents can be arranged by paying a one-time annual fee for the second car. Last year, the parking fee for one year was 40.00 HUF. The monthly fee for the apartment is 280,000 HUF + cost of utilities. Two monthly fees are the amount of the deposit, but we can agree on the payment date in the interest of alleviating start-up difficulties. We look forward to serious interested parties.
