The flat is equipped with a good internet connection and many Hungarian TV channels (can be extended to English channels for a fee), flat TV.


51 square meters including: 2 separated and fully furnished rooms (with individual entrances from the hall), a spacious entry (”hall”) for dinning, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom (separated toilet, shower, washing machine). Living room with 2 separated beds, bedroom with 2 separated beds. Is a no-smoking flat and pets are allowed according to prior agreement about the specific pet.


Rental fee per month: € 600 (EUR) net price + overhead charges approx. € 150 (EUR) gross price in all per month in advance every month (individual consumption measured by meters: electricity and water in advance payment 30 EUR, correction based on invoices every 2 months, condominium costs fixed flat rate 40 EUR, heating and gas monthly fixed costs 50 EUR, internet and tv chanels costs 30 EUR). Accounting documented, taxed, legal lease, for companies both the rent and the overhead can be commercial accounted as an expense.


The landlord is committed to cleanliness, checks the maintenance in the rental property every month and expects cleaning, gentle and careful treatment of the flat’s equipment by the tenants. Since all of the furnishings and fittings are new or like new, the tenant is responsible for any deterioration that occurs during the rental period, and must repair or replace it at his/her own expense if it’s damaged or broken.


You can rent only the whole apartment (NOT separated rooms!) with 2 months rental fee as deposit for a long term rent (contract and proof of payment in English). The monthly rent is always payable at the beginning of the month, the first time at the conclusion of the contract.
