Apartment situated in Budapest’s „Lipótváros” (Downtown) area, fully renovated in 2020, awaits its new tenant. Nyugati pályaudvar (railway station) and Jászai Mari tér are both in a five minutes walking distance. The flat is on the second floor of a six-story apartment building.

The flat consists of three large and a smaller room, american style kitchen, pantry, two bathrooms, wardrobe, hallway and two balconies. The flat does not include furniture. All rooms have a window with mosquito net, and the doors to the balconies also have mosquito nets.

There is no gas in the apartment. The heat is provided by old, reliable radiators. The temperature can be adjusted with thermostat on each of them. Furthermore cooling-heating air conditioners are available in the three large rooms.

The equipment in the kitchen consists of electric stove (hob / burner), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator and built-in washing machine.

Both bathrooms have a toilet and a sink. One contains a shower, the other contains a bathtub.
