In 5 minutes by foot you can get to the bus station and in 30 minutes by foot you can get to the train station. If you love traveling by bike, you can lock your bicycle to a rain protected bicycle storage we built just for you.
We also have a lovable dog, Hera, which we all feed together as a community. Hera is cute, but she also watches and protects the bicycles.
The overhead is divided into 5 parts between the 5 tenants of the apartment. It contains the cost of the Wifi, the gas, the water and the electricity. The heating system is cirko, which has only relevant costs in the winter period.
