The flat is located central with good connections to the inner city. 4 minutes to walk is needed to the "Dózsa György út" subway station. The flat is on the 3rd floor, the house is equipped with elevator. Few years ago the house was renovated inside.
The neighbours are fine and very kind, neighbour-watching system is working perfectly.
The living room has 2 big windows facing south, so the flat is nice bright independently from the season.
The flat is basically equipped with machines such as washing machine, fridge, ceramic covered oven. There is no TV in the flat, also no phone or internet. But the possibility is there to do it, I just don´t necessarily want to jump into a 2 years long contract.
Warm water is provided by an 80 liter size Hajdu heater which operates with night electricity (cheaper).
The flat is equipped with water, gas and electricity measuring units so you really pay about your consume.
Caution is a matter of discussion. I favour as a min. of 2 months.
