My apartment will be available for rent starting September 2026.

I am renting out my ground-floor cozy apartment on Maros Street, which has its own little courtyard. It is 45 square meters, one and a half rooms, unfurnished, with a built-in kitchen that includes a refrigerator, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a charming 16 square meter private enclosed courtyard.

It has below-average utility consumption; the previous tenant worked from home daily, and the monthly utilities, including common costs, were only about 15,000 HUF in summer and around 25,000 HUF in winter.

However, if someone does not work from home, the utilities are much lower. In addition to underfloor heating, there is a low-consumption boiler and radiators.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, an electric oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Internet and cable TV are available in the building, so they can be connected.

Pets are not allowed.

There is also a bicycle parking area in the house's inner "forest-like" courtyard. Street parking is paid.

The apartment is about a 5-minute walk from Széll Kálmán Square and 5 minutes from the Southern Railway Station. The Mammut Shopping Center and MOM Shopping Center are nearby.

In our street, there is a nice pastry shop, bakery, wine shop, cozy restaurant, and medical office.

The monthly rent is 258,000 HUF plus utilities. I am renting out my apartment with a two-month deposit and exclusively with a notary rental contract.
