Dear future roommate,
We warmly welcome a third person to join two reliable, honest, and kind girls. Everyone has a separate entrance, with a shared hallway. The apartment is 77 square meters, with three rooms and a hallway, available near Móricz Zsigmond Square.
Everything you need is in the area. The utilities are approximately 16,000-18,000 HUF per person per month, which includes utility costs and common charges. The wired internet is 1,830 HUF/month/person.
Available for move-in from August 1 or later, but no later than August 15.
You can move in with a two-month deposit (220,000 HUF) and one month’s rent of 110,000 HUF, with a rental contract and a fair landlord.
We are looking for a female roommate, primarily up to 40 years old.
The room is available with the furniture shown in the pictures - except for the bed - and opens from the bathroom; pets are not allowed.
