I am looking for a reliable, careful tenant for my apartment that has become available for rent, from where the city center and the airport are easily accessible.

The apartment has two interconnecting rooms separated by a double-glazed door, providing a spacious feeling, making it ideal for one person or a couple.

One room faces Üllői Road, but it is not noisy due to the glazed balcony. It contains a bed, an armchair, bookshelves, and a desk. The other room overlooks a quiet street and has a sofa, a TV cabinet, a wardrobe, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a large bathroom and kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and pantry in the apartment.

The apartment is in good condition, furnished, and equipped: it includes a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning.

- Shopmark (formerly Europark) shopping center - 600 m
- Határ Road and Pöttyös Street metro stations (M3) - 400 m (the apartment is located between the two)
