I am looking for a reliable and careful tenant for my apartment that has become available for rent, which is easily accessible from both the city center and the airport.

The apartment consists of two interconnecting rooms separated by a double-glazed door, providing a spacious feel, making it ideal for one person or a couple.

One room faces Üllői Road but is not noisy due to the glazed balcony. It contains a bed, an armchair, bookshelves, and a desk. The other room overlooks a quiet street and includes a sofa, TV cabinet, wardrobe, and a dining table with four chairs. There is also a large bathroom and kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and pantry in the apartment.

The apartment is in good condition, furnished, and equipped with appliances: it includes a washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, and air conditioning.

Within walking distance:
- Shopmark (formerly Europark) shopping center - 600 m
- Határ Road and Pöttyös Street metro stations (M3) - 400 m (the apartment is located between the two)
- Opposite the József Attila housing estate (District IX), within a few hundred meters there are running and football fields, behind which are DM, Post Office, LIDL, Spar
