English is a must as the other 3 rooms has 1-1 tenants from abroad (everyone is kind and cute, currently 4 boys live here and one of them is leaving at the end of August :)
We plan for long term, so the minimum rental period is till 31.08.2027.
The room has a double bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a lamp and a lot of shelves/surfaces to put your belongings.
The window opens to an internal garden area, so it is very silent.
The flat is fully furbished.
The ALDI (grocery srore) is under the flat, the Blaha Lujza square and Keleti Railway Station is few mins by walk.
