My flat available for rent from 6 June is in an upscale area of the 6th district thanks to the proximity of UNESCO World Heritage Andrássy Avenue and Octogon. The Spanish Embassy is a few steps away. The Japanese Institute is just opposite. The Easy Jet Hotel is next doors. The party district, bars, restaurants, shops, movies are all within a short walk and yet the street is very quiet. With the underground (M1 Octogon) and tram (No. 4/6, Octogon) all universities are of easy access.
