I’m looking for a tenant to take over my apartment in Csengery Street, just a few minutes’ walk from Oktogon.
The apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) and has a living room and one bedroom with a loft area. It is available from September 20th, or October 1st at the latest.
💰 Monthly rent: HUF 220,000
💰 Common costs: HUF 30,000/month
💡 Utilities: based on consumption
Minimal rental period: 1 year
2 months’ deposit and the first month’s fee is required upon signing the contract. The apartment is ideal for one or two people, or a couple.
A small or medium-sized dog is welcome, but unfortunately cats are now allowed to come due to past experiences of the landlord.
The landlord is very kind, fair and easy to deal with, and the neighbours are also friendly and respectful.
